This policy explains what personal data edg collects, why, and how it is handled.

Payments (via Stripe)#

When you purchase a license, Stripe collects and processes the following on our behalf:

• Billing address - to calculate tax and comply with invoicing requirements.
• Business name - to identify your organisation on invoices.
• Business tax ID (if provided) - to apply tax exemptions where applicable.
• Tax - collected automatically based on your location.

Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and is subject to Stripe’s Privacy Policy. We do not store card details.

Licensing (via LicenseSeat)#

When you activate a license, we store:

• Email address - to identify your account and deliver license keys.
• Activation and deactivation dates - to track seat usage and license validity.

This data is stored in LicenseSeat and is used solely for license management.
